My Use 18 In 2018 update video. I have a lot more progress, and I have finished a lot more products and replaced them with others!
This is an idea I got that I would like to share with all of you with tips on what to do if you lose a cat or dog and how I got my dog back after only losing her for a day.
Take into account cross-streets
This is something I noticed first and was asked right after my dog ran because I knew I would need this information to let people know where my dog was last seen, and also to include in posters.
Make Posters/Hand them out to people walking by
After looking for awhile and when I finally went home I started making posters. Find a picture of your animal either standing or sitting because that gives the people that are looking at the posters a good sense of what your cat or dog looks like. Make the Font big and bright. Include cell numbers as well as a home number if you have one. Also, include the cross-streets that the cat or dog was last seen running down, and
Post to Social Media
While I was making up posters, I was posting the image that I used for the poster, the cross streets that she was last seen and her color, and breed. I posted on the Nextdoor app and all the local facebook forums for lost dogs that were in my area. And as I was looking for her myself after posting the flyers I was updating on the forums and the Nextdoor app the updates of the last known sightings of her.
And, these were the things that worked, because she was lost in an area that was not even close to where we lived. But luckily with my constant updates, and some awesome people that I did not even know that went out and tried to look for her with me, I found her after 24 hours of losing her.
There was vlog footage from the day that I lost her, and the day after when I found her. on my vlog channel.
So that is how I used social media to help find my dog after she got lost. I hope this information helped.
My May Sephora PLAY! Unboxing.
My June Empties, Declutter, Fails of the month and some major project pan progress!
This month I ended up finishing many of the products that are in my Use 18 in 2018 which was a major surprise to me!
I always like adding quotes to the cover page of a new month. This one especially is something that I want to keep in mind since June is the start of me having to study for examinations that are coming up in July.
The expense tracker, because then written out I can see how much i spend, where I spend it on, so i don’t get surprised when i check my bank account.
This is especially important this month because I plan on downscaling on my uploading on youtube to 1x/week and I want to start pre-filming because of the summer months coming up with trips.
Same goes for the blog post tracker, and I just want to have a visual representation of how much i upload on here, when I edit them and publish them.
Something that I added for May that I used towards the end of the month as more of a reflection of the month, how I felt, big things that had happened during the month, etc, etc.
The event pages for the month, personal (vacations, my own events) and work (youtube filming, editing/uploading days, blog posts published etc etc).
Individual habit trackers for the things that I want to try and fill out completely and get to color in blue ( wake-up around 7am, sleep by 10pm, studying, filming days, working out, writing (blog posts, fanfiction etc etc).)
This i realized as I was flipping through the spread a couple days ago (cause i worked on this during my finals week) and saw that I had monday as the first when friday was the first. Just want to share my mistake with you guys.
The first weekly spread that I have. I find that instead of extending the week to 2 pages, I think I really like having the week on 1 page.
So, that was the June Bullet Journal Spread for this month. Hope you guys liked it, and hopefully I can stick to my goal of writing more blog posts on here that are youtube video-centric.
